  • Contact: e-mail address.
  • Analytics: job sector and location, and you may voluntarily provide us with your company, university and/or job title.
  • Interaction: your password, and preferences, queries and feedback which you provide to us, including via email, phone and social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter.
  • Payment: if you are a business user, you may provide us with payment information such as bank account name, number and sort code for payment for Infabode Premium.
  • Digital content partner: information we need to work with you, including:
    • your name, role/job title, and other work identity & contactinformation you give us, and
    • information used to administer your company account, including managing payments and/or billing, and to verify financial transactions.

OTHER PARTIES MAY PROVIDE US WITH

We work closely with third parties (including digital content partners, sub-contractors in communications, technical, and payment services, analytics providers, and search information providers). We'll tell you (usually in this Privacy Policy) when we receive information about you from another source, and for what purpose(s) we'll use that information.

We may share personal information we collect or combine data from other sources with personal information you've given to us.

This may involve processing your identity, contact, interaction and finance information. If you are a digital content partner or business user, personal information which is not collected directly from you may be collected:

Legal bases explained

Consent: We will process your personal information for promotional or marketing purposes where you have given us your express consent for us to do this, where required by law. This includes sending you alerts about your saved searches and feeds.
Contract: We collect, store and process your personal information where it's necessary for performing a contract you have with us (such as our Terms of Use) or where you have asked us to take specific steps before entering into that contract.

Direct messaging

The Site may, from time to time, facilitate direct messages between users or between users and our digital content partners. Any information that is disclosed in these messages becomes public information and you should exercise caution when using these and avoid posting any personal information.

Payment processing

Most payments made on the Site are made through our payment gateway provider, Stripe. You will be providing credit or debit card information directly to Stripe which operates a secure server to process payment details, encrypting your credit/debit card information and authorising payment. Information which you supply to Stripe is not within our control and is subject to Stripe's own privacy policy and terms and conditions, though Stripe provides us the last four digits of your payment card, the type of payment card and expiration date of the payment card.

How we protect your information

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, including using SSL encryption to secure our site and protection your information in transit. We cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Our site may, from time to time, contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of such sites.

How long we keep your information
